All in all, Auto Vac absolutely nailed it on all factors of our testing process. It passed every test with flying colours – and was definitely the best all-rounder for its tech, alongside affordability and convenience.
Upon first impressions, we were very pleasantly surprised. At this price point, we weren’t expecting such great service but actually received the product after just 3 days.
It was packaged well, and we loved the fact that we’d already been promised a 60-day money back guarantee before even getting it out of the box.
In our testing process, we loved how easy Auto Vac was to control and Auto Vac’s suction power was immense for such a compact and quiet device!
It managed to pick up small debris as well as larger items, from both hard floors and carpets. Its unique air inlet design also meant it didn’t keep stopping due to hair being stuck around the roller like we experienced with some of the other robot vacuums we tested.
After charging – we could use Auto Vac continuously for 60 minutes – giving it plenty of time to sweep up everywhere around the house!
We also loved how accurate Auto Vac’s obstacle avoidance sensors were.
With some of the others we tested, they would occasionally get stuck when trying to work around the couch or would struggle sliding over door thresholds.
With Auto Vac, it was able to slide over any thresholds less than 1.5cm for continuous and seamless cleaning.
Considering all of the above, what shocked us most was the low-cost of the Auto Vac Robot Vacuum in comparison to the majority of their competitors. Being a small US startup – they perhaps don’t have the overheads that a lot of the bigger brands have and so can keep their prices down – which is great for us!
